A horizontal black and white film still. In the centre of the image, a person wearing a suit, white gloves, and a hat has his leg kicked up and one arm on the same side raised. Behind him, there are three people sitting: on the left a woman wearing a white dress and heels, and the person in the middle and right wearing the same outfit as the man in the middle. Around the image, there are seven people standing wearing the same outfit as the man in the middle clapping their hands. On the right edge, there is a podium and a chair. Behind all of the people, there is a brick building with a few stairs behind those sitting and an arch above. Below the image is a long white rectangle with black text.
