Rectangular paper box. The top of the box is mostly red with an image of a silver and black braille labeler over a grey background to the left side. The two long side panels of the box are mostly red with a strip of red and black plaid along the top with white and black text printed on the left sides. The two short side panels of the box are white with red and black text throughout the side with a white sticker with black text in the middle. On the left side of the box, there are multiple pieces of beige tape vertically and horizontally. The bottom of the box is mainly white with a red border and black text throughout. On the top, front long side panel, right short side panel, and bottom, there is a black stamp, some readable, some not.

A rectangular white booklet of paper. The front has black text on the left side and a black and white image of a circular device with a rectangular handle. The back is white with a black line near the bottom with a few lines of text above and below the line. Inside, there are multiple images and lines of text. There are two metal staples in the centre.
