File consists of the final report prepared by Peter Barnard Associates in association with A.J. Diamond Planners Ltd. on the future of the Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital. Contains a summary of various options, including converting the Cottages to residential uses, as well as the proposed transfer to Humber College. The report was submitted to the Ontario Government. The report includes a detailed history of the "Mimico Asylum" and an analysis of each individual building.
