File consists of material relating to the official opening and installation of the President, which took place on 18 January 1968 at the Lakeshore Teacher's College. The file includes: an invitation, an invitation to the ribbon cutting (sealed with ribbon), a memo to all staff, press coverage, and a seating plan for the platform guests.

File consists of updated bylaws (dated 13 November 1989) for Humber's Board of Governors. This version contains some handwritten annotations.
