The file includes: an invitation, an invitation to the ribbon cutting (sealed with ribbon), a memo to all staff, press coverage, and a seating plan for the platform guests.
File consists of the meeting minutes for the first meeting of the committee, which aimed at implementing policy, "as defined by the Board of Governors, President" and so on. The file states that the Committee is based out of the South Campus.
