Series consists of issues of the Humber Student newspaper "The Humber Et Cetera" (or "The Humber Etc"). The issues are organized and sorted by calendar year (January to December).

Series consists of issues of "Direction", a "community newspaper published monthly...and supported by the Student Union". Founded in 1974 by Ivan Fernandez and Ted Schmidt, both members of the Student Union, the paper was designed to address two problems the pair saw at Humber: (1) The lack of student interest in Humber affairs, and (2) The lack of communication between the Student Union and the students broadly.
Series consists of issues of "Coven" the student newspaper. "Coven" was the student newspaper from 1971 to 1993, until it was re-branded in 1993 as the "Humber Et Cetera". The name "Coven" was inspired by a three-day occult seminar put on by journalism professor Walt McDayter, and the journalists' interests in "stirring up trouble".
