File consists of a photograph album from the opening of the new building and residence facility for the Osler School of Nursing. Many of the photographs feature Jackie Robarts and her cousin, then Premier of Ontario John Robarts, touring the facilities. The photographs also feature many unidentified students and faculty of the School. The photographs were originally housed in a photo album with organized with an inscription from Marion [Crane?]. The original album and inscription have been retained by the Archives.
File consists of an explanation of a public artwork created for the new Campus by Toronto artist Dennis Cliff. A picture of the artwork can be found in "Transitions: A Short History of Osler Campus Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology" by Helen Miller.
Sub-series consists of material relating to the opening of a new building and residence facility for the Osler School at 5 Queenslea Avenue in Weston, Ontario. The building was officially opened on 12 February 1970 by the then Premier of Ontario John Robarts (who was also a cousin of Jackie Robarts’).
