Much of the material relates to the planning of the campus, day-to-day operations, and program/faculty planning. The series also includes one subseries which focuses on material relating to Humber's relationship with the Town of Orangeville.

The material is divided into four series, documenting administrative matters, Humber's engagement with the broader Orangeville community, facilities planning and use, and communications and promotional materials.
