Silver tie clip. At one end, there is an oval with a silver rim surrounding a blue oval and within the blue oval is a crest with a shield and a dish with a handle on top. Attached to the oval is a continuous silver rod which starts at one side of the oval, extends away from the oval, curves to run parallel behind, curves again to run beside creating a semi-circle, and curves again to extend back to the oval which all creates a curved triangle shape.

Terracotta square tile. On the front it is terracotta with green paint creating a curved diagonal line. On the back, there is a maker's mark reading "Ontario Brick & Tile Plant , Provincial Secretary’s Dept." There are diagonal lines imprinted on back side.
