Vertical colour image printed on canvas. The image is an aerial shot of the Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital/Humber College in the winter. In the middle of the photo, there are buildings in a sideways E-shape. The buildings (nine of them) around the edge in a U-shape all have black/grey rooves and appear to be wrapped in white plastic. In the middle of the U there is a long connected building with snow on its roof and a smaller red brick building with a grey roof beside it. On either side of the middle buildings, there are many cars and some trees around all of the buildings. Around the outside of the E, there are trees and a winding road.

To the right, there are women in long dresses and a person in green shorts holding a baby above their head. In the background, other people are visible. The building has two storeys and rectangular windows with semi-circles at their tops. The building and people are surrounded by trees. The background is a blue sky. The image is bordered by a white border with black text at the bottom centre.

Beside the road is a layer of snow on the lawn. Within the snow, there are four trees with no leaves extending to and off the top of the photo. Behind the trees are three red brick buildings. The buildings are all three storeys high, have multiple windows with yellow frames and grey rooves. On the side facing the road of the two left buildings, there is a partially completed white overhang over a door. Near the left edge of the left building, there is a plastic fence and a sign on a post. The image is within a grey frame.

At the bottom of the picture, is a burgundy door surrounded by windows with a staircase with white rails leading to it. The building is three storeys tall, with two windows on either side of the door on the bottom floor, three windows on the second, and one window on the third. The windows have yellow frames. Over the bottom right window, there is a black vent. Over the second floor side windows, there are strips of grey stone. Over the middle second floor window (which is curved on top), there are three rectangular grey stone pieces. The top window is semi-circle shaped. The top of the building is slated on both sides creating a triangle. The moulding around the roof along the two top triangular sides are yellow. The photograph is within a black frame.

At the bottom right corner, there is a grey triangle which appear to be stairs with some metal rails extending upwards. The image is held within a black frame.
