Watercolour paint on a white sheet of paper. The painting is of an image of a three-petaled flower and its leaves. The flower is in about the centre of the page near the top. The flower has dark pink petals with some white detailing and six yellowish small stems in the middle of the petals. In between the three petals, there are three small green leaves that have a white line down their centre. Below the flower head and small leaves, is a bit of darker green stem and three larger green leaves that mirror the small ones. Below these larger leaves is the rest of he darker green stem pointing to the bottom of the page. At the bottom right corner, there is a black maker’s mark. Watercolour paint on a white sheet of paper. The flower creates a “V” shape. On the right side of the “V”, is a long skinny light green leaf that starts at the bottom of the stem and creates a point at the tip. On the left side of the “V”, there are two flower buds on a green stem. One flower bud has yet to open and is close to where the stem meets the leaf. The unopened bud has a short green stem with a small green leaf to the right side and a unopened petals create a triangle. A further up the stem is an opened flower. The flower has eight petals and is mainly purple with some white detailing and dark yellow at the centre of the flower. At the bottom right corner, there is a black maker’s mark. The whole painting is within a black frame.
