Series consists of primarily negatives (and some photographic prints) originally stored in envelopes. The photographs are divided by date and/or subject matter, and cover athletic team photographs, campus buildings, major events (e.g. retirements), community initiatives, headshots, and other subjects.

Photographs were transferred to the Archives in a series of envelopes with information written on them. The envelopes have been kept together in their own series, other photographs of these events can be found elsewhere in the Archives.
