Below is a figure with his tie hanging down the side of the basket and a megaphone in his hand. Below the megaphone is a police hat with a spot of white on it. Above the figure with the megaphone, is another holding a small gun with both hands. The figure on the right of the balloon is in a suit and tie holding a pair of binoculars. Below the balloon are a few lines of blue text at the bottom right corner.
