Above the third floor, the tower has a rounded top with a tall pole extending from the middle. The left portion of the building is mainly two storeys tall, except in the middle (beside the tower) where it has a triangle with a window and balcony. Date stamp made of metal and rubber on the bottom half and wood on the top half. The half has an egg-shaped red handle which is flat on the front and has gold writing. The handle is attached to a horizontal piece of silver metal which curves downwards on the front and back sides. On the left and right of the horizontal metal, there is a rectangular piece of silver metal which narrows as it goes down. Held within the metal pieces are four moveable bands made of grey rubber with words and numbers on them. Between the metal frames and bands, there is a white gear.

Vertical colour image printed on canvas. The image is an aerial shot of the Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital/Humber College in the winter. In the middle of the photo, there are buildings in a sideways E-shape. The buildings (nine of them) around the edge in a U-shape all have black/grey rooves and appear to be wrapped in white plastic. In the middle of the U there is a long connected building with snow on its roof and a smaller red brick building with a grey roof beside it. On either side of the middle buildings, there are many cars and some trees around all of the buildings. Around the outside of the E, there are trees and a winding road.
